Angry Delh Police HYPE

Complain about a Constable named Nitin from thana Vivek Vihar or Anand Vihar. He was using extremely rude and unacceptable very very aggressive behavior opposite Dayanand Vihar metro station on Sachdeva Restaurant.. He was shutting down the shops near the Restaurant. i understand he was obeying the law. But he was extremely rude to the customers. He verbally assaulted a customer who were buying at the shop. He was very drunk while duty. The description of the constable is he was quite old around 50's with 70% white mustache. His name was Nitin. This indecent took place around 11:50pm on 27/08/2010 at Sachdeva Restraunt on karkarduma gaon opposite Dayanand Metro Station. The last name unable to recall by the people there. but option are that he is Nitin Chand, Nitin Chander. but the face of the Constable is very well recognized if action is taken within a week. He was sitting behind the police bike and holding a lathi to beat people. His behavior was so rude that a customers of the shop asked that who is the SHO of the area and i want to complaint about you guys. The constable replied "Bhenchood teri toh mein gaand maar dunga. chale jaa yahan se". and some senior people where there to handle the Situation. We understand that Delhi Police is having a tough time maintaining the law during this time of CWG. But making an example of innocent people who are really innocent people who are obeying the law is totally unacceptable. Our family is living in Delhi 110092 area for Last 60 years and we haven't seen this kind of behavior since we've been here. That constable could have shut down the shops using his powers granted by the Government of India. But using violence to maintain laws is more inappropriate and bigger crime than breaking laws itself. I hope delhi police will take strict actions with these policemen.
