officer of Jaipur Discom i/c Chairman& MD do not bother about crime against woman.They also do not bother about RTI ACT. I made a complaint against an employee of jaipur discom Sh. Ashok kumar helper // under AEN (O&M) Nadbai, Bharatpur to Chairman& MD on 25-09-09 as he has done second marriage w/o getting diverce from competent court of Law .He accepted his second marriage on 24-02-09 in his office in writting by applying for change of nomination for GPF in the name of his second wife.His second wife gave birth to a baby girl in Govt. Hospital Bharatpur on 15-08-09.Both proofs collected through RTI and submitted to S.E.(O&M) Bharatpur long back.As per service rules such persion should be removed from Govt. service.But it is verry samefull even after complaining in writting to Chairman &MD, giving reminders,writting to Honable CM,PM,President of India,NCW,Honable Smt. Sonia Gandhiji and giving copies to Chairman&MD Sh.Ashok kumar is not removed from service till date.
It is an extreme situation that such a henious crime against woman is not being respond by the highest authority of Jaipur Discom i.e. Chairman &MD.
Office of Chairman &MD have even not respond the letter written by National Woman Commission bering no.8/11700/2009/YA/NEE dated 09-10-09. This office also gave repply to RTI application irresponsively& wrongly in the matter.
I hope that newly appointed Chairman who is an IAS will consider the things and do justic with me.
