I had lost my driving license due to pick-pocket activity, thereby I had filed & proceeded for making new smart card license & provided all the documents as well as the letter for renewal of the license & explaination for the same. I had also paid the fees & received receipt for the same. My receipt no. is T/333484 in the month of 15/12/2010 & was continuously visiting Mumbai-RTO office for the follow-up of my license process but all of sudden after completion of around 11 months RTO officials are saying that you need to re-process entire procedure again as the have LOST the FILE & all the supportings attached.
Can somebody help & suggest me for the same.
