Default Till date not taken any lawful action by police, on my complaints
I, K.Hemachandran (age 40 yrs, Physically Challenged person) like to register a complaint against Mr.K.K.Murugesan, Inspector of Police, R-9, Valasaravakkam Police Station, Chennai. I lodged a complaint on 16-02-2010 (C.S.R. # : 72/R9/2010, DT. 23-02-2010) at R-9, Valasaravakkam Police Station, Chennai, about landlord brake open the shop and stolen my materials worth Rs.5Lakhs and taken possession of the shop. Almost everyday I enquire about the status of my complaint. Inspector says FIR will be registered next day, whenever I ask. He has not taken any lawful action till date.
I request you kindly take necessary action on this. So through the law, I get back my materials and the shop possession.
