Dear Sir,

I Naresh Bisht 26/1/A, Street No.1, Badarpur, New Delhi - 110 044. I have applied for a new electricity connection in BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. Sarita Vihar Office, Was provided to me vide reference No. R0601110000164. I have already submitted all the documents required for a new connection. And thereafter BSES assured us that the new connection will be given to us with in 7 working days. However, 2 months have already lapsed but no connection has till now been given to me. left no option with me elas to file the present consumer complaint.
