Dear Sirs,

Complaint Sub: Garbage at reidential layouts are not cleaned inspite of several reminders made to BWSSB deptt.

We are residing in KASTURINAGAR, 2 B Main, near Kasivishwanatheshwara temple, Bangalore 560043; and are fed up of complaining to the authorities several times daily, inspite of which no one is bothered to do their own job......
There are several cases of Dengue fever and a few death cases as well in the layout.

There is a very popular Siva temple on this road which attaracts several 100s of devotees daily and they too have complained of the dirt & stench which eminates through this garbage lying for days 7 months together; but No one seems to be bothered to clear this dirt!!!

If this is the attitude of such a irresponsible government body, as sincere Citizens and regular tax payers why should we pay Taxes ???In fact we would like to claim the damages to refund the civic levies and other taxes already paid to the government. We have complete details with photographs of several calls made to concerned deptt.....One Mr.Chandrappa 9448491446 ( BWSSB) is incharge of this area and we have several times complained but he seems to have no concern at all. What is the dept doing?/ and how do they monitor these functions of their deptt.

I would seek an immediate system in place to clean up this place daily without fail.....failing which through legal systems all residents should be compensated with medical care and refund taxes paid. We re also taking up through corporators, and other appropriate authorities to ensure justice is given to this layout immediately.
