I Ms.Pooja resides at Raj Arcade co-op.Housing Soceity Ltd (Regd.No.MUM/W-R/HSG/TC/11940/2003) CTS No.128,A/56,Mahavir Nagar,Dahanukarwadi,Kandivali(west),Mumbai 400067 facing following problems.
We have total 5 wings, all garbage dust bins are keeping in the front gate under our wing "A".Secondly street dogs are frequently coming up by providing food by some of members.Thirdly only "A" wing is facing problem of water cut where as all the wings enjoying full water supply. The watchmen are the culprits,who are not supplying water only to "A" wing.The Secretary is not looking into the matter.I think nobody has right to stop water of the member. Please look into the matter & reply

I am resident of chandivali, mhada 4A-704 {near nahar amrit shakti}
I have spotted visible to the eyes germs in glass of my drinking water. I submitted complain/request society. got no response from them, as usual. they shoved off there responsibility saying BMC has contaminated water and we clean our tanks twice a year. Tired of this condition i installed expensive aquagaurd water purifying at my home to protect my health and avoid getting infected by waterborne disease.

But I want to bring this situation into light. so that my society will get its acts together.

1.Just get a sample of water in a sealed bottle and approach Health Dept.
OR
2. Take a witness ,get a sample of water and seal it with lac, get the sample ****ysed in a private lab, and with the Certificate file a complaint with Consumer Forum.

I hope,you have evidence of some letters written to the Secretary of the Society to exhibit in the Court.
