Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we are total 11 rooms in 'Gayatri Sadan' buidling. Builder is Dubey Constructions. This is a new building and builder is still maintaing from last 18 months. he is not doing society registration and if ask him he tells us you all buy a parking area first and then I will do the regstration. but the problem in our flat is only 3 tenants starying and all other are in rentals. so the other 8 builders are not ready to buy the parking area. And the builder is not mentioned this point in agreement.

however we are paying him maintenance and staying here because middle class family after suffering lot taking house in loan basis dont have money to fight against these builders. but now we are faceing lots of water problem in this buidling. Builder says that water is not coming from CIDCO wheare as in other building they dont have any water problem. We would like to know why this problem is only one building after paying CIDCO all the necessary charges about 2 lacs including registration and water bill.

Please solve the problem and let middle class family leave in little peacefully. only 20 minutes per day we are getting water and that too water is not coming in all the taps.

Please look into the matter seriously.

Dear Sir,
From last few months my water bill is not showing the right bill and in bill it shows the faulty meter,but it is due to take the wrong reading by the authority person.we apply also the application many times for change of meter if it is not working but there is no action taken by them,and always bill comes with the same problem of meter not working having Vapours in it.Tell me plz,where should i go to solve my problem.exact in which court of consumer forum i apply for my water bill problem.
