Respected sir,

im T.K.M.MAHESH residing in no.6/11,venugopal swamy koil street,perambur,chennai- 600 011. i have changed my name in government gazette. my old name is M.MAGESH that name only resgistered in my ration card. now i have changed my name as T.K.M.MAHESH in government gazette. i have produced the gazette copy with afidivate to ration office at perambur division on 28/08/2010. But till now they are not taking any proper steps to changed my name in my ration card . Even they are not giving me proper answer too. So please kindly consider my complaint and take action to change my name in my ration card.
