My Electricity meter has been behaving erratic and shows a load of 7-8 KWh even with MAIN SWITCH OFF.
On switching the bulb on, the same runs madly to 11-15KWh . I am baffled to know this. My meter has rosen from the normal 2000 units in 4 years 7 months to 9000 units in 5 years. I tried complaining the authorities, but they are asking for Under table amount of 25K for the same.
Pls tell me where to find help.
