Hi my name is Neha. 2 weeks ago there was a huge fire in Victoria Market Gwalior(M.P.) and after that police put a sign board that "YEH BUILDING KAMZOR HAI KABHI BHI GIR SAKTI HAI, ISKE PAAS NA JAYE". I only wanted to know that if anyone who cannot read can go inside and anything can happen, Please guide me where to log a complaint regarding that. I will be really thankful.
