i raise the Request for the Death Certificate of my spouse Afser perveen before 6 months twice in the Bahadurpura E- SEVA hyderabad and the receipt number is BDP001192593 which is applied on 29-4-2010 and another recipt no is BDP001220579 Dated 02-07-2010.... till know i didnot got the certificate i am roaming to the e-seva And e-seva to circle office which is cercil-9 abids MCH office.............no budy is giving correct reason for the Delay of the certificate no body is giving correct reasponce in E seva and MCH circle -9 office.............plz save me from the harassment of these Govt employs ..................who's the responsible for the delay plz do some thing sit for my certificate and delay of this kind of work negligence
