I lodged a complaint with Lucknow Jalsansthan office, located in Vishal Khand Gomtinagar lucknow, on 20.8.2010, regarding manhole cover in front of House No. 2/36 Vineet Khand Gomtinagar.After three times complaining about the dilapidated condition of manhole and its cover, two safaiwala came to inquire about the complaint on 27.8.2010. So far nobody from jalsansthan turned up to do the needful. The cover may fall into the manhole at any time and may choke main sever line causing sever problem to the residents. The junior engineer concerned could not be contacted as his official mobile phone always remains switched off.
