Hello Sir, I have purchase a plot in kalyanpur and before purchasing this plot I enquiry about the electricity bill from Kesco but employee of Kesco told me that there is no bill is pending then I purchase that plot.Now I apply for electircity connection ,at this time J.E. told me that near 1.88 lac Rs. are pending.Some epmloyee are come to my plot and told me that ur connection is illegal.Then Sir ,Plz suggest me what I do.Shyam Shukla
