There is a block in c2c/Janakpuri/New Delhi. MY mother got shifted recently to it.
The stairs are so dirty with baby diapers and sanitary pads. Dont know how people there are behaving and tolerating this kind of behavior. Added to this, there are four dogs who keep on sitting there whole day, making it shabby and dirty.,
