Subject :- llegal occupation of Anand Bagh Residents Association .
Request:-Sought for removl illegal occupation Reg.

West Anand Bagh Colony, Safilguda, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad is a residential colony. The colony has a Welfare Association community hall opposite to Brindavan Gardens. Community Hall provides reading sitouts and library for senior citizens. This has been occupied by Tiffin Center, Autos & Taxis. Now senior citizens are being forced to vacate the place. The cars, scooters parked in front of the tiffin center sometimes totally block the road in the bylane putting the resident’s people in embarrassing situation of walking on the road. People who come to tiffin center eat and throw the leftover around the community hall. The senior citizens have stopped visiting the community hall. Complaints have been pouring from the colonies residents to remove all the encroachments in and around Community Hall.
We now request the District Collector to instruct the concerned to remove all encroachments in and around community hall immediately.
