I Am a resident of Street No.3,Gagan Vihar Extn called as Vakil Lane,(Location:-very near to and in front of Khosla Apartment)Gagan Vihar Extn.,Delhi-51,

Subject:-Cleaning,Drainage,Gas Pipes lines,Roads and Cleaning Of Front and Service LANES,

Although the service lane and connecting drainage have been recently been constructed in Service lane of Gali No.3 of Gagan Vihar Extn.but daily or routine cleaning of the lane and the garbage is not being done by the trash collector and the sweepers,as a result spreading dump, garbage,etc.

Interestingly not only this,now its taking too much time for gas pipe line,drainage,roads and main lanes and roads to be constructed as its not perfectly planned according to the convenience of the residents, I wanna know why not these works are done-(in the same manner as that of developed countries- by the night shifts’ skilled people)- in the night shifts when the people are not using the drainage, roads,etc. much as compared to the day time,

You see the complete Gagan Vihar Extn.is now looking to be as a non developed village in a very backward situation.There is lot of noticeable construction materials, mud,sand,drain water on the main roads, trash scattered in and around area of all residents' floors spreading interruption in routine life and spreading diseases and is severely affecting the health condition of children’s and aged people, .

My question is that isn't availing the facilities- in and around the locality -in a comfortable manner, is a right of all Residents if they are paying all required Taxes to the Govt? ,And are these respectable officials,skilled and non skilled persons working on the site are not being paid off by the responsible Authorities? We request you to guide and suggest the all officers concerned to complete the work step by step,street by street,road by road in a planned and systematic manner and comfortable and convenient to the residents to balance the routine life,

And we request you to train and guide the trash collectors and sweepers to clean dumps,lanes and roads daily and tell them it comes in their daily duty.

My question is that isn't cleaning the SERVICE LANES,roads, 'in and around' the locality their part of duty and responsibility.Are not these trash collectors and cleaners are being paid off? And on the top of it all residents give them per month payments and offerings on Puja occasions etc.so as they also may feel happy,

My request to the Municipality is that please train these door-to-door cleaners and trash collectors about their line of ROUTINE duties and responsibilities for cleaning of ‘in and around’ the locality including the service lanes of the localities.Also regulate some rules for the Builders/Contractors for everyday cleaning by their Labours in and around the construction areas,

I hope, for everyone's welfare an early action will be taken and matters will be resolved at the earliest.

I urge you to look into the issue at the earliest and bring this to the appropriate person for action.
