My name is Jaspreet Singh Kohli S/O Iqbal Singh R/O Z 103, Khyala, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi 110018. On Thursday 15th July 2010 at about 5:00 PM, I parked my motorcycle DL 4S BP 1642 at the MCD Authorized Car Scooter Parking PVR Commercial Complex G Block Vikaspuri. I was given a receipt for parking. The receipt number was 0014843. I parked the motorcycle for only 10 minutes. It was clearly written on the receipt that the parking charges for Scooter/Motorcycle is Rs 7/. per entry. But the parking contractor charge Rs 10 for the same from me. I asked him to pay back the change but he didn't and said they charges Rs. 10 only. I told him that I will complaint against this but he just smiled. I repeatedly asked for the change but it seem that he has no fear of complaint or higher authorities. Please tell me what procedure to follow to file a complaint against him.
