We submit hereunder respectfully with much concern that adjoining Gali to Rajasthan wali Gali, Ward No 3 Krishna Colony Nanak Dairy Road (Near Bindal Glass & Ply Shop) HODAL - 121106 , has not been constructed PAKKI (Concreted) for the last TEN Years and due to non availability of drainages the GALI seems to be a c**** in the rainy seasons. Despite of repeated liaison with respective PARSHAD of Ward No 3 of Municipal Committee. Secretary and Chairman, no action has so far been taken. Specially, the drainages both side of Nanak Dairy road to Hasanpur Chowk and Kali Murti Chowk to Gorota Chowk have been filled with polythine and Kachra/mud and also have become in a deteriorated condition due to which water flows on the surface of roads. There is no disposal of sewerage water in whole HODAL.

The "Galies(Street) " are only constructed where the Ex MLA UdaiBhan is invited for SWAGAT (Welcome) and Ex-MLA Udai Bhan only works for the Harijans or who have Vote banks. The Municipal Committee Hodal works only on the basis of Political Basis on the desire of Ex MLA. There are heaps of Garbage, Polythines and the drainages have either completely been filled with the Kachra or mud. The Municipal Committee is only for the name.

It is submitted that all the funds are distributed amongst the Chairman, Secretary & other officials in the chain of administration in Municipal Committee.

Your Honour, it is requested that instructions may kindly be issued to Chairman Municipal Committee Hodal to undertake construction of adjoining Gali to Rajasthani wali Gali in Ward No 3 , Krishna Colony Nanak Dairy Road at an early date and orders be issued to MC Hodal for hygienic measures as soon as possible.

Specially, the drainages both side of Nanak Dairy road to Hasanpur Chowk and Kali Murti Chowk )Ol Sabji Mandi) to Gorota Chowk upto By Pass, have completely been filled with polythine , Kachara and Mud and also have become in a deteriorated condition due to which the water flows often on the roads. In rainy seasons, it becomes very difficult to go even to local market to purchase house hold items.

Moreover, it is submitted that the Streets (GALIs) are only constructed where the Ex MLA Udaibhan is invited for welcome (SWAGAT) by the concerned peopleand Ex MLA Udai Bhan only works for the Harijans or . The Ex MLA Udaibhan only works on the basis of castism and specially for Harijans
