The response from the ThiruninravurTown Panchayat for cleaning the septic tank is very reckless and ridiculous. They say no vehicle no persons no money and what not. The cleaning requires the asisistance of private cleaners which is a costly affair. Some houses were having scepting tanks which requires fregquent cleaning which was not at all cared or bothered by the Town Panchayat.
