Subject: Complaint letter regarding irregular water supply.

Respected Sir,
We are totally 4 families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of insufficient water supply for the last six months in our locality.
For last six months we are getting water supply for two times a week and i.e. during midnight time and for one hour only, which is already insufficient. But during the last 15 days the problem has increased to a lot due to no supply of water. We try to get water from near by places but Many times we have to return home with our empty vessels, which creates an impact on physical and mental health and it is also not possible to maintain proper hygiene.
We have already given many complaints to our local authority, your officials and even local MLA. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing.

So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.
