I am being harassed by the officials of Delhi Jal Board for no fault of mine and I hope you will save me from mental agony, loss of precious time in visiting DJB Offices and of course from financial loss.

Ihave a DJB Water Connection No. R-86222 and the water meter installed at my residence is working properly. But nobody from DJB takes the reading and bills are being raised on imaginary reading.

the meter reading in the bill Date 3-7-2009 for the period 24.1.2009 to 9.5.2009 is shown as 1066 But as on 25-1-2010 the reading in my water meter was 972. ( Nine hundred seventy two).

I had already submitted an application on 17.7.2009 vide Diary No.2923 to the DJB, Najafgarh Office but no action been taken on my complaint.After that a written complaint has been sent to Sh. Ramesh Negi, IAS, Chef Executive Officer, Delhi Jal Board,Varunalaya, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. dated 25 January 2010.

today I have receied a bill of Rs. 5220/- with the same meter reading. As per the conversation on phone to Ms Prem Lata, ZRO.
