wrong billing by delhi jal board
my connection number is 55805 in djb...we had registered a complaint to zro(west) in paschim vihar ..regarding my wrong bill ...i have visited on 26122009 and given a request for correct my bill ...but till no action has been taken yet and i saw a new bill on the net for my connection 55805 which is totally wrong because they have not settle my last bill that is why they r putting surcharge also on this bill and my complaint number is. ZRO. WEST-III, D NO.4394, DATED 26122009...
on that day there was one sardarji there and they commited it will be corrected but still the bill has not been corrected....i am very upset plz check...
issue is that i had paid bill no.254071 on 01122007 for rs.1278 but djb has not counter that bill and they are putting me bill amount plus surcharge on that bill they add the total amount and sending me bill which is totally incorrect becasue i have already paid my bill so why should i pay my bill again...
