My Order no is M-Commerce/0GA100013772 and that is pending since 22nd Oct 2010. I haven't received the delivery yet. Whenever I call them they say that they will take 7-10 days. Earlier their number was 011-40502424 and that has changed to 0120-4112424now.Today also I called them they are again asking 10-15 days. What the hell is this? They have charged my Credit Card before hand on 22nd Oct itself. I have called them more than 50 times so far but everytime they ask for more days. I don't understand when India today group can't entertain such offers then why do they start it? Just to grab the money from public and also they are not telling people about the address of their office so that a person couldn't come over there to beat them.
Please take a strict action against them. Infact, I want a compensation of Rs.10,000/- on grounds of panic that has created and the time that has been wasted on followups and calling them. India Today group should be closed with immediate effect. They have similar kind of complaints for Mail Today newspaper for many clients.
India Today is black spot on the name of our country in such matters. It is degrading the name of our country by using its name as 'India Today'. Please do something to stop them to save general public's time, money and efforts.

I applied for the India today english weekly subscription. I got a letter from them that my subscription number is ITE1915957. but i neither received the magajine nor the gift. I contacted their call center and they said that since the issue is old now, they will start the subscription from 22-Aug-2011 in lieu of 15-Aug and send me the copies starting 22nd valid for 1 year. BUt I am yet to receive any issue.
I wrote to one mr Rajeev chawla whose mail id was given on india today website to escalate the subscription related issues. but there was no resonse.
I registered with their wecare24X7 to track my subscription, they have just sent a mail that I will get my user id in 2 working days.
Can you guys suggest what can be done about this?
