I become member of Bookmark Pimple Saudagar, Pune Library 2 weeks back and deposited 500 bucks.

Now I want to close my account as I don't find it useful for me. They are refusing to refund my deposite and even issung me books/CDs.

Can you please help me to get the issue resolved.

I want to bring notice to poor service and rude behavior of Bookmark library> Pimple Saudagar branch.

Few issues I faced
1) No telling the terms and condition in advance
2) Once membership is sold not brothred to provide service>>
3) Refusing to issue books/CD>
4) Refusing to refund deposit

I am highly dissatisfied from the bookmark Rainbow plaza, Pimple Saudagar> branch, I am planning to approach consumer court to address the issue.>>>> Hope this issue gets resolved at the earliest.

HI the owner of the outlet is a bastered, his name is viral thakkar, and he is as hole the outlet is not a registered franchisee of the original company bookmark they have also cheated the company aswell pls take care and best is launch a police complaint and demand rs. 100000 for compensation.

I too was facing issues with the service of Bookmark library and hence closed the account. Thankfully there were no hassles when I closed my account.
Now I have subscribed to Skoob library. Good service and collection of books. Their website is Skoob:: Fish For Books.

i am a member of indian library ,thane for the past 3 month and they have increased the charges of ac room by 400rs and they shut the ac off at 8.30pm but the time of ac room is till 9.00pm.
They have a canteen in which they have started charging above mrp.

Bookmark library in Aundh has shut down in October 2010 and now they are not refunding people's money. Either the concerned numbers are switched off or they keep postponing the refunds, giving different reasons each time. Never go to this library! its awful. Can someone help?

they have so many branches, u can collect the deposit from any of them, they have refunded my amnt , just be polite and get ur work done, instead of wasting time writing wrong things abt them , if u want any guidence let me know,

I have had the most horrid customer experience with bookmark library in pimple saudagar. They get extremely rude when you want to close your membership, and also they have the worst collection of movies in town. I have not got my 1200 bucks which i gave as deposit. They refused to return. I would not recommend anybody to take a membership with any of their outlets.

My very very very very sincere advise to all who read this- NEVER ever become a member of bookmark library. The owner Viral is the most discourteous and bad-tameez insaan i have ever come across as a customer. they will lie to you, they will cheat you- in 3 months of membership i could only get 2 CD's that i wanted, so i paid 1350 for 2 CD's. I had opted for home service with an additional payment, which i never got, because they were always short of resources. and worst is when i wanted to discontinue the membership, he got down to abusive words and refused to return the deposit money.

The shop should close down so that many members and their money get saved.

Bookmark Library in Pimple Saudagar is a cheat. Never get indulged with them for your own good. They had taken Rs. 1200 as deposit from me but now refuses to return it when I want to close the account.

This person and the shop is a big big fraud.He promises u that he will bring watever u need,but u won get it even if the months will pass.A big fraud once again.Terrible bad service

All the above comments are from the same person....The owner Mr Jitendra savera......As we got seperated from their franachisee....Because he wasnt providing proper stock for the library ....AS a result....unsatisfied customer...So all the franchises stopped paying the owner ...As a resultt all the above complaints for alll the stores......Its upto peple to beleive it or not!!!!!!

Without notice to any of the member, Bookmark Store @ Ajmera Colony, Pimpri was closed down 4 months back. Whom to contact for the services lapses made by bookmark store. What about deposit collected while joining as a member?

I am a member of Bookmark Library for over a year now. But since Diwali 2010, the library has been functioning in an erratic manner and since February this year, there has been no service whatso ever. Moreover the library is closed most of the times and it becomes difficult to keep checking everyday if it is open.

Inspite of calling the person based in Aundh, no message is pasted on the shutter too. I want to close my membership as it has become a tedious process and instaed of it being a pleasure reading, it has become a tiresome experience.

I am also a sufferer of Book mark library at Pimple Saudagar. They told different scheme at the time of joining & took Rs.1050 as a deposit in which refundable amount is 750 & monthly charges is 300 when i found the scheme not useful for me and went for a/c closing they refused to refund the amount of 750 & told we are having 3 months lockin period so you must lockin your a/c and after 3 months of completion they will refund my money. After 1 month i locked my a/c and i again went soon after period of 3 months to get my money back. This time they again refused to pay my refund amount 750 and told that in any case they will deduct 600 more for another 2 months and will refund only 150. The only hope was to have run my a/c for next 2 months to use the money and get refund after 3 months but that time you will have to pay monthly rental of 300 each month forcefully. This was really a very bad experience for me.

i dont know what happens after writing on this wall .... but anyways i m a member of the library sinve two months and the service is pretty much good .... the guys are all cool and try their level best to serve the customers ... so i dont know what are above complaints about... anyways i m enjoyin the library and i feel i m getting alll worth my money....

joined bookmark chinchwad it stopped in btw several time, now they are not refunding money. cheaters.
several outlet have slosed. i dont know how authority r mum about it.
