Hello.I am anupam from bathinda punjab.a month ago,i bought a technical book(optical fiber communication) from Punjab Stationers worth Rs 160.He sold me a very old edition book(2006).and there was a tape on the page of book where the edition is printed.he told me its nothing but the some sort of seal.2 days later i noticed that the book is not having content i want since it was very old.i have been going to him every week telling him to replace but he keeps telling me that the new edition is not yet available.
Please help me.my exams are about to come.
