I have online purchased Gold Books Membership from Indiatimes Shopping and hence as per rules Indiatimes had to give me one ordered book within seven days from memebership approved.
My order number is 112530952 dt 19.08.2010

Henceforth I have called them more than 20 times and written mail two times ro Mr Rajnish (Customer Executive of Indiatimes Shoppong) but till the moment nobody has given me positive response and no any update about my Delivery status.

Requested you to please register my case against Indiatimes Shopping which makes fool to customer and they are providing non sense activities.
