I have been the subscriber of hindu daily news paper in Vijayawada since 01 Jul 2011 with Order No.1053942/17-06/2011. I used to get the news paper regularly earlier. When I changed the house, even after giving the new address/changed one to the delivery boy and as well as "hindu complaint cell", the delivery boy is not giving the news paper regularly.

He is giving the news paper almost once in ten days. I complained several times at the complaint cell over telephone, but there is no proper service.
