It was the most frustrating experience with INDIA TODAY as they torment and frustrate you on the subscription to the shit they send (and subsequently stop to send after a few issues).

I am sending you the reference numbers along with communication I have done with them during the last few months regarding the offer they gave.

1. I received an offer on my gmail account that I am eligible for an exclusive offer of getting an Accord mobile along with subscription of India Today for one year in Rs. 1300/-.

2. I sent a mail to confirm the genuineness of the offer and they replied back with a positive answer.

3. I went ahead with payment for subscription through my credit card and I came to know that IT will take 8-10 weeks for sending the gift. I received the first issue shortly after the payment. In between I called them 6-8 times to know the status and/or details of the gift dispatch but I came to know two different versions that a) The gift was sent but my address was not located. B) Afterwards, I came to know that the gift was yet to be sent.

4. I had a communication with them for about 10-12 times on phone and 4-5 times on email regarding the status of the gift to which they always kept saying that I shall receive this in 3-4 weeks.

5. In the meanwhile I did not receive most of October and any of the November and December 2010 issues of IT. I had gone disinterested in receiving them anymore.

6. I was not returned my subscription money. In stead, I received an email saying that the department apologizes for the inconvenience and that I shall surely get the gift by the first week of December.

7. So 8th December comes and there is no idea of the gift.

Kindly suggest what I should do and how.
