I subscribed for Chip magazine on august 14, 2011 under the plan which offered a free laptop bag worth Rs 1000 free, and they assured that magazine will be delivered to my address on 1st september. i didnt received the magazine in the first week of september, then when I wrote to them they said you will receive the magazine on 1st october. Then I got the magazine in the first week of October, but didnt received the bag with the October issue, then I received the November and December issue but didnt received the bag till today i.e. 9 December 2011, I am writing them and trying to contact them from the past 3 months but they dont respond at all and once they replied through mail to me giving me a fake assurance that I will receive the bag with december issue. I am fed up from the services of Chip Magazine, i.e. InfoMedia18, neither they deliver the bag nor they deliver the issue on time Please help me.
