i had subscribed for the magazine outlook profit for a period of 3 years and paid the money in full. every month i have to keep on reminding them that i have not received the copy. this month i have sent them a e-mail but they have not replied for the past 4 days.i have enclosed the same for your reference.
kindly advise me how to proceed against the magazine.

this is in reply to my earlier mail regarding my subscription. i have to yet hear from u. kindly reply since i will have to ask my bankers for stop payment of the dd if u have not received the same. kindly please give me a reply whether u have received the same or not.

DEAR sir,

i have not received my copy this month . i think this is too much. every month you want me to remind you or what. i request you to refund my amount in case you are not able to send the magazine at the right time. the next time i am approaching the consumer court for the indifference and attitude of your group. added to all this you are rubbing salt by sending mailers asking me for a subscription of your other magazines. i will never ever get subscribed to your magazine. i do not think you know what is service. Do not send me the local numbers asking me to call and find out, it is your duty to see that the magazine reaches me.
