On 06-06-2010 i subscribed for Reader's digest.I was sent a VPP.I paid for VPP and recieved the first copy.After which I never received any copy.In august I contacted the company.i was told they did not receive the VPP amount and asked me to send scanned copy of VPP at a email address.I did send.I called them again and told I had sent.
After waiting another 10 days I still did not hear anything from them.I called again.They told they hadn received any email and asked me to send at another email id.I did so.After waiting another week I still heard nothing from them.I again called,I was given another email id.I sent there again.Now they say they have received the email and checked the scanned copy but the concerned department is not showing any interest in addressing the problem so I h ave to wait.I am fed up off their excuses.Would like my money back .
They always promise to revert back but never do.They are telling once prcesed they will send copies from july.What will I do with July copy in October
