I Have subsribed Femina Magazine for 3 years. My customer id no is 26831598 ( subscription expires on 3/7/2012). As per plan i am supposed to get my Kayalife gift hamper after March 2010, but after reapeated complaints ( latest having docketing No 360407) no body has responded till date. I have also sent mails to the subscrion manager mr samar sen gupta but he did not responded. In fact the times group is doing this type duboius thing. The above subscription due to expire in Dec 2010 was renewed in Nov 2010.
However, ever since the renewal, FEMINA has STOPPED arriving & I am not too happy about it.
What has caused the dsruption - will you please start despatches ASAP & accordingly extend the subscription period to make up for the un received copies.

I am a subscriber of Femina Hindi. I have to spend more time in complaining than in reading the magazine. Because they send it only after repeated complaint of non receipt - every month. Of course, the same copy is available on footpath for rupees 10/-(after one or two months of release). A cheater group. Hope people reading this will be benefited by this feedback.

i shifted my residence in Sept 2010 & immediately informed via mail & telephone to Femina about my change of address.

inspite of repeated complaints i have never received any issues since oct 2010.

ideally, i want my subscription extended by the number of issues missed.

i renew my femina subscription in feb, my id is 25850350. the day i renewed my suscription didnt rec my first copy. there is always a issue with them of courier. even now didnt rec my july issue also. i register so many complaints but such a poor response from them . i suggest please dont subscribe any magzine from times group. even the person who renew my subscription now didnt interested whether i recd the copy or not.

I have applied for Femina Magazine last month. i have neither received gift nor copy of magazine till repeated complaints. this is not expected from such a big group who are making money through this route
