i had ordered for a package of cbse class 12 PCM subjects preparation dvd but it has been over 1 months and the package hadn't be received by me...!!!
the customer care personnel show irresponsible behaviour and the reply to mails and calls are never received...!!!
i spent all of my saved pocket money for the betterment of my studies but i keep getting frustrated...!!!
no response from still from their side...!!!
