Hi Sir,

My name is K.Raga Sailaja.I was sent a DD. worth of RS8,500 to TRAJECTORY EDUCATION for Correspondence Course(UGC-NET)subject:Computer science in the month of November 2011 and they says for this fee they provides.

Complete Study material + All India Test Series + practice test papers + online & Postal Doubt Clearing facility and all after so many phone call they sent me 15 books only (not full material) instead of printed material they sent me all xerox copies. When i ask about these they told me we will provide only those books if it is not fine refund to us and they will not provide master copy books. i am in hyderabad and material comes to Delhi. if i want to refund also courier takes minimum RS 1000/-. is their responsibility to send good/ master copy to me.

My Problem is i can't send back spending one more 1000/- on this books to refund . i need printed material and i was wasted my money as well as time also. i was make so many calls also.
