Default Change of Name in PAN Card Site
Respected Sir,

My Name is Dilip Kumar s/o Ramkishor Tiwari r/o Vill-Nonara, Post-Burhwan, Dist-Fatehpur (UP). I am serving in Indian Army. My date of birth is 15 Nov 1983. My PAN Card No AGAPT3730G. I applied for Demat Account through ICICI Bank but I could not open Demand Account due to the following reason :-

(a) My name in PAN Card Site is given Dilip Kumar Tiwari instead of Dilip Kumar. It's correct in PAN Card but mistake in site.

You are requested to amend your record in site so that I can open my Demat Account.

An early action is requested.

My name is Dilip Kumar. My PAN Card is AGAPT3730G. But the name in site of PAN Card is given Dilip Kumar Tiwari. Request amend the record in PAN site so that I can open Demat Account.

My Name is Arvinder Singh s/o Sh Harbans Singh Chahal r/o HNO 273, Sector C, Defence Colony, PO Kalerheri, Ambala Cantt, Haryana . I am serving in Indian Army. My date of birth is 26 May 1977. My PAN Card No AVSPS7895N. I applied for Demat Account through ICICI Bank but I could not open Demand Account due to the following reason :-

(a) My name in PAN Card Site is different from my PAN Card . It's correct in PAN Card but mistake in site.

You are requested to amend your record in site so that I can open my Demat Account.

An early action is requested.
