Didn’t get PF from Employees Provided fund organisation

Default Didn’t get PF from Employees Provided fund organisation
Dear Sir,
I have applied for PF in Feb-10. I got a Cheque from Employees Provided fund organization in July through e-transfer in Bank. Due to lack of money in PF orgnisation bank account cheque bounced next day. When I went to PF office they told me that you have to fill up form & approved by the company once again.
So Please take a look on this matter & try to resolve this as soon as possible.
