I Force No. 943332868 Rank HC/RO Vijay Kumar Mishra of 127 Bn.CRPF submitted an application to our office through proper channel in the year 2009 regarding excess deduction of Income tax and wrong entry in form no. 16 for the financial year 2008-09, but till date neither refund my excess deducted amount nor got any reply. As the matter is financial and facing hardship, please help me. This matter is related from 1 signal Bn CRPF, Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi-110072.

privious year Ass.year 2009-10 file ar thane office 3(3) in that year our refund dues are clear.

Assesment year 2010-11 refund file date 30 july 2010 no 2234004350. at office 22 (3) 4 Refund 53,414.00

My self Sonali Dilip Raskar staying at New mumbai Airoli 400 708 from last 3 years.PAN: AEKPR5652K
before that i am staying at thane vitawa.400 605.

now last two years i am filling income tax file in new place i.e. navi mumbai (VASHI)
during filling income tax 1st time in Vashi taking transfer letter from Thane , then do income tax file.
but my Pan card status not changes it remains as THANE.

No. of time rquest to Thane income tax office person . But every time they told that your Vashi division
not send Request. But we enquired to VASHI income tax office they told that we are placed the request.

Personaly meet to Thane income tax office . even they shows that whatever they got request immidiately
they relese all pan status.

2nd time visit to Vashi income tax office , they show me the pan status still in Thane
Due to that matter my REFUND is not get yet

there are same type of 200 cases in vashi income tax office. they have buch there in there table.
will you plese help us?
