Default Non receipt of income tax refund
I am working with LIC as a Branch Manager and my job is transferrable. I have submitted my IT returns for the Assessment Year 2005-2006 at Nagpur on 31st May, 2006 under ward 5(2). As per returns submitted for Ass. Year 2005-06, the amount of Rs.4292/- was refundable to me due to excess tax deducted by my employer (LIC).

I have also written to Joint Commissioner of Income Tax at Nagpur, however I have not received the refund amount. I request you to arrange for the refund of Income Tax and send the refund amount to my address given below-
