I had filed income tax return for the assessment year was 2008-09 and 2009-2010. My pan number is BICPS9652P and the acknowledgement number is 0302012017 and 0302005480 respectively. I have not yet received my refund. You are requested to kindly look into the matter

Dear Sir/Madam,

A income tax refund Cheque was dispached and returned back to its orgin due slight variation in the communication address.

After this I had raised a request( Request Letters Dated : 24/03/10, 12/04/2010 & 03/09/2010 ) to my local Income tax Assessing Officer, Ward no:13 (1), Aaykar Bhavan, Hyderabad on the same issue communicating my Correct Address.

But, till today there are no updates on this issue and when I contacted the customer care on 0124243800, they told me, till now the refund request was not raised by my Assessing officer.

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue. I will be thankful to you if you do this at the earliest.
