SUBJECT: Non Submition Of TDS

Dear Sir,
I want to inform you that I had an agreement to let out House no. 3/572, Ground Floor, Sector-3, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh with Mr. Rajesh Kumar s/o Late Shri Dina Nath R/o H-1/268, Sector-1, Ghaziabad on the monthly Rent of Rs.20,000/- which shall be paid by Mr. Rajesh Kumar on the 5th day of every month for the period of 33 months from 07th day of January month 2009 year to 06th day of October month 2011.

The amount of Cheque given by the Rajesh Kumar (Tenant) after deducting TDS is of Rs.16,910/- But there is a issue about the TDS that he deducted the TDS but not deposited the same to Income tax department.

I made Contract with JAI DURGA TRADING COMPANY, Prop. Sh. Rajesh Kumar s/o Sh. Dina Nath to give a house on rent.

But the main issue is that he gave me rent money from other accounts not from Jai durga Trading company but From( Jai durge multicinse Pvt ltd and from jai durge multicuisine palace)

MY MAIN ISSUE IS THAT MR. RAJESH KUMAR IS DEDUCT TDS FROM RENT AMOUNT BUT NOT PAID TO GOVT AND HE GAVE ME CHEQUE FROM DIFFERENT COMPANY.
