I had applied for changes in my PAN (Acknowledgement no 881030204660071) almost a month ago.

Firstly, they harassed me a lot regarding the documents to be submitted and every time i had to spend money by calling on their Pune number (020-27218080) as they NEVER respond to emails.

After a lot of discussions and spending lot of money on calling them and couriering them my documents twice, they finally accepted my application and processed it. However when I didn't receive it for more than 10 days of being processed i checked online today and their tracking site says, "Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 26-Jul-2011. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is wrong address. The same will be re-dispatched shortly."

This is completely a LIE as i had given my residential address to them where i currently stay. I have not been able to file my returns because of this. Will the IT department and the government take ownership of this ?
