In the month of June'11 i applied on-line PAN aplication on my wife name and made payement on-line . The same (appl. and other doc) sent to Online PAN-TAN OPERATIONS INCOME TAX PAN SERVICES UNIT (Managed by National Securities Depository Limited)

by post . AFter few days came to know by mail that i used smt, shri therefore it is rejected .

I again applied on-line(ack no. 881010109864570) giving old ref. (because old appl. amt. to be adjusted. ) This was in the month of Aug11

I recieved mailed that the photo not to be considered becasue it is side photo.
and not properly seen.

i sent through registered post another good front photo with proper colour and size
but again i got mail that it is not to be cosidered then i had again talk with 020-27218080 with mr. Akash on 22.09.11 at around 19.35 hrs. He said some line on the photo so pl. send another one.

Then i sent photo with proper packing through First Flight courier which delivered safely and in good condition to them on 4th oct.

Then again on 14th-oct-11 one mail from TIN came to me that photo is not proper.

I again had a talk with Shekharan (because everytime this call center diff. diff. persons picks phones) he said that pl. confirm that the same photo to be considered over mail . I sent the same confirmation but they have not responded any thing

Pl. advise to whom i should approach for such things. and pull them on court
