I had applied for PAN card on dated 11 january2010. Coupan No. 501619368. but till 22 march 2010 i have not recieved. i contacted many time to my post office and near head offfice. but till dated 22 march 2010 it haven't recieved there.
i informed UTITSL many time. but they are not serious for that. i would like to inform you that i call and mail many time and also write a application to delhi UTITSL but they hven't provide satisfactory answer. sometimes they did not pick up the phone. or gave the same answer of every quary. PAN card is very nacessary for me .for my business purpose.. i have spent too much money on calling and mailing to UTITSL.i want to suie on UTITSL for non delivery of PAN Card and careless behavior.
