Hi Sir/Madam,

I had received the income tax refund by check on 20/12/2010 for the assesment year 2008-09.
But when I checked the due date, the check had already expired on 10/12/2010.
I have sent the check back to the income tax officer, Gurgaon in April 2011 but no reply has been received for the same.
The check number issued to me was 125698.
My PAN number is AKYPB9391B

Kindly help in getting this resolved at your earliest.
