I have order for a pan card in March I need it urgently so to know the statue in had mail to the the TIN-INFO.
I got to know the status that PAN card *was dispatched through courier on
11-MAR-2011 but had returned undelivered on 24-MAR-2011 with reason Address Insufficient.*

enquirer about your PAN card with the local post office.

after this i mail to the head of the speed post office and they asked me to provide the speed post number which I don't have it TIN-INFO to provide the speed post number and they are not providing me with my needed information instead they are saying that I will receive the PAN Card in next 45 days if I dont get it then contact them after the 45 days.
At the time of the submition I was told that I will receive the PAN Card in 1 month and now they are saying after 45 days.
I need to know the speed post number which they are not providing me.
I have also made calls to them but they just cut the calls or say that the number is not yet generated. How
would it be possible that the number didn't generated it should be generated at the time of dispatch right.
As I am un-happy with they service I want to take the action against them. As they are not replaying to my mail and calls also with the information which I need.
