Complaint Against TIn - NSDL Staff Mr. Vinayak

I have called NSDL Call Center on 01-Feb-2012 at around 3:30 PM, i had some queries related to correction in PAN, Mr. Vinayak was online for resolving my issue.

Now, the problem aroused at two places, he was giving me wrong solution for the query.

Secondly, which is the major issue, that is why i am lodging this complaint is he was misbehaving with me just like a boss and disconnected the phone with showing me anger, when i asked his full name then he said its sufficient.

As per NSDL's policy these calls are being recorded for quality monitoring purposes, so if you people really have this system then i suggest you to check the recording and do necessary action against him. Called for Acknowledgement No. 8810302056​31822
