I had bought new car seat covers from :Kirti Car Accessories; pune and it was in the night while he was closing his shop,so after they had put the new covers on I saw the back seat cover was torn a bit so I showed him the same and he said no problems we will replace these covers tomorrow i.e on 10/7/2010 and I paid him the amount Rs2800 and asked for bill but he said no is required I will replace it tomorrow it is in my mind .But I insisted for the bill so he gave me a Quotation slip and wrote on it the retes of seat cover and the steering wheel rates and nothings else.

Now today it is 28/7/2010 and around 10 times I called him and the only answer I get is today you will get it at your place dont worry .So now what can be done?
