A cheque of refund has been issued to my self owned company for 70000/-(seventy thousand rupees) in favor of Regent Inc, a/c no. is mentioned for citi bank where as my citi banks account has been closed. We sent our representative to Mumbai office as well just to replace cheque as request to change the banks name only as we are running the account with Axis bank now.
So this is a humble request to replace the cheque and re issue it in favor of same company name but with Axis bank account details. I tried to get it done for almost a year now but some how failed to do so .
Pls kindly help us as we have original cheque as well yet.
