JUNE' I have purchaged a maruti OMNI on 12-7-2001 from dua motors.On the month of 2010 I have faced fuel gauge problem. SINCE I have annual contracts with UNIVERSAL MOTORS, ROURKELA, WHICH IS AUTHORISED BY YOUR COMPANY, contacted the service centre, asked for the defective part and paid Rs 500 as advance , the service centre assured me to arrange the pump with fuel guage ( both are integrated , which is very very bad because to replace the fuel guage I have to spent Rs 6000.) from BHUBANESWARE , because at that time it was not available at ROURKELA , even at DUA MOTORS ( BIG DEALER OF ROURKELA , HE WAS SUPPOSED TO KEEP THE ABOVE SPARES) . After arrival of the said spare part I went to the service centre on 11-7-2010 and defective part was replaced but it didn't work. So I came to home with my omni having fitted with original old spares having a assurance from service centre that , again it will be replaced soon , after arrival from BHUBANESWARE. On 16-7-10 I have sent my omni to service centre after arrival of spare, said part was replaced but next day while going to duty it gave me a lot of problem , I left the car on the way & went to duty with my scooter.On 19-7-2010 omni was towed to the service centre with my own expeness. Againg it was fitted with old original spare & omni was brought back with a assurance that again it will be replaced soon.I have already paid the money Rs 6000 towards the spare & maintenance cost. Still I am waiting to replace the defective part.
There for I request you, kindly take necessary steps to replace the defective parts of my OMNI with maruti geniune spare parts, whose cost already paid by me.
